As I said, I've seen this recipe many times from many different sites on Pinterest, here is one found on the Picky Palate that I happened to pin myself.
Our Changes:
I think everyone has their own homemade meatball recipe, I don't usually put mustard in mine, but might try that next time! I also use regular bread crumbs and no milk, but to each his own in this case I think. I also have not seen those cute little balls of mozzarella, so I just cut small squares from a brick.
Family Thoughts:
Delicious! Everyone was pleased, and I was pleased it worked! Perfect for a sandwich, a side dish, an appetizer or on top of spaghetti, this is just so good!!

ReplyDeleteI've never heard of cheese stuffed meatballs but it sounds so good and definitely would never think of adding mustard to meatballs. This one, too, is going in my collection and I will be trying this next week. Thank you for this great idea!

Oh boy, these look like little balls of meatball heaven lol. I HAVE to make these! I do have my own meatball recipe.. but I am always willing to try new ones. Also never thought to stuff them with mozzarella! I've made hamburgers stuffed with mozzarella.. not sure why I never thought of this. Can't wait to make them sunday!
