Original Recipe:I found the original recipe for French Breakfast Muffins at AllRecipes.com.
- Instead of all purpose flour, I used whole wheat flour.
- I don't love the taste of nutmeg so I used cinnamon.
- I didn't add any salt.
- I cut down on the amount of sugar by almost half
Although making the changes that I did to this recipe made the muffins not turn out as light and fluffy, they were still yummy!
