Moving and EASY Meals: Crockpot Pork Tenderloin

Feel free to get caught up on Alison's week long adventure with preparing dinners ONLY with her crockpot in hopes to make easy meals in her almost empty kitchen before she moves.
Day 1: Salsa Chicken
Day 2: Broccoli and Cheese Soup
Day 3: Pizza in the Crockpot

Day 4 has arrived! Wow time is flying!

Last night’s pizza was sooooo good! It received another 10/10 from the DH! I would give it a 10/10 for taste but because my slow cooker is smaller than the one featured in the video, I should have halved the dough – it came out WAY too thick.

I may experiment next time though and divide the dough in half and do a layered pizza – just not sure how the dough will cook in the second layer…have you ever tried this? I would love to hear your crockpot pizza stories and have some more recipes like this one to try!

For tonight’s dinner, I decided to look in my freezer to see what I could use for our Monday night meal and realized I had a pork tenderloin – perfect! As I have made Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork many times, I wanted to try something different.

After a bit of searching, I settled on trying this recipe for Crockpot Pork Tenderloin mainly because I had all of the ingredients. I plan to serve it will an arugula salad and maybe some hash browns that I also found in the freezer (I haven’t quite packed away all of the pans yet…).

  1. What a great idea! We love Pork Tenderloin at our house.

  2. Pork tenderloin is my favourite pork, nice and lean. Weird really as I love bacon, but that does have to be nice and crisp.
I've only had a slow cooker since I moved here, we don't have them in Europe, or didn't I should say. I love mine (my daughter's old one), a super invention but I like the sound of this one even better. Think I'll put this on my wish-list, not that anyone ever asks for a wish-list from me but one can hope right?
