Family Thoughts
Hubby loves these the most, I enjoy them too, kids like to eat out the middle and pick at the peppers, it makes a good family meal. It also make great leftovers and a simple dish to serve to a crowd!
These look really good. A bit different than the stuffed peppers I'm used to having. We use marinara in ours. I'm going to try it this way! (Rafflecopter - Holly_S23@hotmail.com)
ReplyDeleteIt's usually my son who makes these for us - now he's moved out I'll have to make them myself :-( Thanks for the recipe, at least I could make them now.
ReplyDeleteI love stuffed peppers, not my husband so much I have to be careful when I make them for him because he likes his peppers stiff crispy
