Stuffing Meatballs

A really simple way to make meatballs, they taste great and a fun change up from the ordinary!

Recipe - Stuffing Meatballs

  • approx 1lb of uncooked ground beef
  • 1 box of stove top type stuffing, I like the turkey flavours
  • 1/2C warm water
  • a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper

Step 1
Pour the dried stuffing into a large bowl, mix with 1/2C warm water

Step 2
Add your ground beef to the bowl, top with salt and pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Step 3
Mix with your hand until it comes together and form into balls

Step 4

Place on a sided cookie sheet, or a casserole dish, or I use a throw away lasagne type pan

Step 5
Bake at 375 for approx 30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through

Serve on spaghetti, on noodles and butter, with mashed potatoes, on a bun, with rice, any number of ways!
