Super easy fudge!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: Approximately 10 minutes
Yield: A full pan of fudge to be cut into as many pieces as you wish.
Ingredients:
- 3 boxes of white chocolate squares (170 g times three)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups of crushed/chopped oreo cookies
Instructions:
- Unwrap all white chocolate squares and place in a medium sized pot on medium-low heat.
- Immediately add can of sweetened condensed milk.
- Using a high heat spatula, stir the chocolate and milk until melted and fully combined.
- Chop (or crush) Oreo cookies (2 cups is approximately 2 rows of cookies in a bag).
- Gently stir in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour into an 8x8 square pan lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Cut fudge into desired size of pieces.
- Store in the fridge OR in the freezer.
Family Thoughts:
Mommy is happy with using Oliver's Labels to label all of her baking containers to giveaway to friends and family and the kids (hubby included) are super excited that our fudge has been made!I recommend storing this in the freezer, otherwise it is unlikely to make it to your friends and family during the holidays! Yes, this fudge is that good!
